Before we print the canvas we will send you the artwork for approval. If you are not happy with the colors you have chosen, please let us know and we will change them until you are happy!

Once you have approved the artwork, no more changes can be made.

Yes, all artwork is emailed to you for approval.

PLEASE make sure the email address you supply is working, and ensure that emails from won’t go to your junk/spam folders.

You may change the colors and text until you are happy with the final product. Only then will we print and send your product.

Yes – you can indicate any text you want adding when you design your product.

We recommend adding your babies name (if you know it!) and date of birth (if it has one!).

Feel free to add some short, meaningful words as well. Obviously, more words means that font size is smaller and so is the ultrasound picture. We recommend using one of the rectangular sizes if you have more than two lines of text.

Before we print the product, you will have the opportunity to change the text until you are happy.

If you would like your ultrasound art to be printed on something other than canvas (eg: baby shower invitations, mobile phone cover, baby journal), please send us a message using the Contact Us page. We will discuss your requirements and send you a price.

If you would prefer a different font, please add a note to your order.


The canvas will be printed using a “gallery” wrap, which means the image will be the same color around the sides of the canvas.

Every canvas print is finished off with our clear acrylic coating, providing a very scratch resistant protective layer with a satin luster.

Eight-Color Inkjet Printing. Pigment based inks for exceptional fade resistance. The eight-color inkset provides a vibrant gamut and accurate color resolution.


We offer a full refund if you are not happy with the artwork we send before printing.

Once you have approved the artwork and you have received your product, we offer a full refund (or a reprint) if the product is damaged or the print quality is not to your satisfaction.

You can place your order and accept the artwork before making a payment. We will send an invoice once the artwork has been approved, and as soon as you have paid, we will create and ship your canvas.

Alternatively, you can make a payment up front. If, for some reason, we can’t the artwork completed to your satisfaction, you will receive a full refund. This method speeds things up a bit if you are buying the canvas for a gift and have a deadline to meet.

For your security we use Paypal for all payment transactions.

The canvas takes approximately 7-10 business days to arrive at your door once you have approved the artwork.

If you need urgent delivery, please contact us before you order, and we will try to meet your deadline.
